This page was created by David Holmes. The philosophy behind this page is that navigation should be able to be done by all browser types and screen resolutions. The feature which helps in this system is the navigation bar at the top. It will exist for all types of browsers and resolutions (they don't have to scroll over to the menu to change pages). Also, each part of the table is made with colors, not backgrounds, so that people with the lower browsers still get the same look as the newer ones. Just one extra step we took to improve the viewing experience.
